It is Eff-ing humid man. A year ago today I had hernia surgery, I feel like I did when I started running again. I didnt want to do it, but I did, and it hurt, and then it stopped hurting. So I feel like today was my comeback run - after a month of injury. It wasn’t a great run, but it was all I could muster.

After a nasty fall, 7.41M into a trail run on the AT on 05.31.08, resulting in a badly sprained ankle and rolling the same ankle the following week - I am finally back on the road. Friday I did a 3 miler with H. @ the Army base and tonight I did a 3.51 Mile run around the house. The ankle is still tender, but I was going stir crazy.

I missed the Vestal XX on Saturday, and now I need to get in good enough shape to finish the Utica Bolermaker on July 13.
